Hidden Pizza are award winning caterers from North Dorset. We are passionate about pizza and the planet. We use the finest ingredients, from producers and suppliers who are actively engaged with improving the sustainability of their operations. We specialise in high quality Italian pizza, cooked the way it should be; in a wood-fired oven. It’s important to us that our menus cater for everyone, so there are always tasty options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets too.

Pizza is one of life’s great pleasures, from its humble beginnings in Italy as a simple, cheap food of the people. It has spread throughout the world, and been appropriated by many different food cultures, evolving all the while. We set ourselves the mission of tasting as many styles of pizza as possible in our search for the finest. We believe Pizza Romana is it. The ratio of base to topping is just perfect. This, and James’s father in law, Enrico, was a proud Italian from Rome, so I guess we may be a little biased!
